Auto Renewal Costs

Dear Mr Norton...

Thank you for renewing my annual subscription for £39.99. (when I can get exactly the same product on Amazon for around £15 or £20)

I just had to write to tell you that I am so pleased to learn that my automatic subscription for next year will be at the ridiculous low cost of £94.99. 

How do you manage to keep your costs so low? Just such a small increase  that is hardly noticeable.

Norton products (including subscriptions and Automatic Renewals) may be refunded within 60 days of the purchase date.

The instructions to obtain a refund varies depending on where you made the purchase. Please choose one of the following depending on your purchase:

Please check your Norton account to confirm ... Automatic Renewal Off ... and no billing information. 
MY SUBSCRIPTIONS reports:  Activate Subscription Renewal ... with Automatic Renewal Off.  

BILLING INFORMATION reports:  There is no billing profile saved in your account ... with no billing information.

Please note that I was not seeking a refund or a response but that  I was making an observation on renewal costs.

Users report renewal (credit card draw) 30--45 days before current subscription term expiry date.  
Users report Norton recurring subscription cost is more than new subscription from 3rd party vendors. 
Users may choose to shop Norton from reputable 3rd party vendors.  
Users may cancel recurring subscription. 

Maybe, Norton has an arrangement to not compete with 3rd party vendors.
