Auto renewal demand
I have been Emailed a past auto renewal charge from , "Billing info"tjga014@gmail.com with a thanks from Norton Billing Team.
Can anyone tell me if this is genuine please?

You received spam/scam email.
Just delete the spam/scam email.
Do not interact with the spam/scam email.
- Never click on links or download attachments from unknown sources.
- Hover your mouse over the links contained in emails to check if they are legitimate– don’t click unless you are sure they are safe.
- Question the validity of any email that asks you to submit personal or financial information.

A friend received a similar e-mail and fell for the scam. Fortunately she recognized that she was being scammed before getting ripped off. A copy of the e-mail is below:
