auto renewal failure

Although I have updated my credit card info, but the automatic renewal keeps trying to renew using my old, expired credit card. When I click on 'renew' in the app I am directed to a page that sells new products, not a renewal. It also won't let me buy a new prodcut since I already have one. Don't know what to do.

Maybe, you're xx days from renewal...when payment info cannot be changed?
