I have set Backup to work automatically. It doesn't. I just keep getting messages telling me my data is at risk because my backup is out of date. How do I get "automatically" to really be "automatically"?

I have set Backup to work automatically. It doesn't. I just keep getting messages telling me my data is at risk because my backup is out of date. How do I get "automatically" to really be "automatically"?

I have the same problem. I had adjusted automatic Backup every month, but i receive every day, after start of my Notebook, the message "my data is at risk because my backup is out of date". That is really boring.

I have the exact same problem for a while now and it is very frustrating. Very surprised Norton doesn't have a email helpdesk to solve queries like these. It could be a bug in the system as back up was fine for me the last couple of years but when I got the error "my data is at risk because not enough space" a few weeks ago and I upgraded Norton to get more space it will not backup atomically or back up at a set time. It has to be done manually which is not good enough. Who is going to fix this???
