Automatic Renewal

I want to cancel automatic renewal, but Norton says they cannot 'find' my account/product without my password and credit card. I have forgotten all subscrpiton details as I have had this account for several years; passwords and creditcard dat have been lost, forgotten, changed several times. BUT Norton has my address and sent me a reminder!!   What recourse(s) do I have?

Re: Automatic Renewal

I can log-in.

I believe they have my email address as I have given it to several different Norton agents trying to resolve this issue.

When I call "Offical Support", get an error message, an agent calls me and wants to help me  "set-up" the product!

In the last two days, I have talked with Norton folks at least 5 times (including a 'supervisor")without resolution. The postcard I received tells me I have an automatic renewal on 2-24-2024 for $199.99. I do not know what product this is on; I have successfully cancelled my Norton Utilities Ultimate...and received a refund of $200.43  Is this the product??

Re: Automatic Renewal

I see my subscriptions, thank you. BUT, I don't see one that expires on 2-24-2024. Can you review them and comment? What am I missing?  BTW: Thank you. So far, you have been the most responsive and helpful person!

Okay....well....then ya might as well ignore post card.
Are you enrolled with automatic renewal service?

Does Norton have your billing information?

my Norton account has no personally identifiable information - just me
Guess, that's why I've never received mail from Norton.

Re: Automatic Renewal

if I received similar Norton post card mailing

I'd reach out to Norton Official Support via social media.  I'd ask Why?
I'd watch my credit card for any Norton charge.

Re: Automatic Renewal

That's what I am trying to cancel, the automatic feature.

From the very first attempt to respond to the postcard and my request to cancel the renewal, I was told 'they' could not lookup my account without a password and a credit card number and couldn't help me further. That's what started this whole mess. Last evening I received a notice of cancellation refund of $200.43  (which I confirmed with my AMEX)  on the Utilities Ultimate suhscription. This Community has shown me my subscriptions. Nothing seems to match anything.  But maybe with my frustration and, frankly, anger, they went ahead and cancelled. Maybe I'll just see what happeneds on 2-24-2024.
