We have been sent a renewal notice for our Nortons 360 subscription and it is for the dearer version, we only require the standard version as its only for a home computer. We had this problem last year and we were refunded the extra money and assured it would not happen again.

Have you checked in you Norton Account to see if you do still only have the standard version? Log into your Norton Account and click on the user icon at the top right and click on Manage My Subscriptions. Look for your current subscription and check to see how many devices you can protect.
If the number is more than the one you have, you can contact Norton Support to ask them to ensure the subscription is changed to the single device version. www.norton.com/contactcs
