Back Up

My renewal took place recently,and now I get error messages everyday telling me, I have no space, because the product has not been renewed. I have removed everything re installed it and it´s the same

Hi ,

The renewal will not add more storage space. If you getting the error like " No Back Up Space " you need to purchase Online Back Up Space separately. Renewal will actually add 1 more yesr of subscription days.

Hello Mark,

Which specific product did you renew? As it was already mentioned in many cases the renewal of online storage may be separate to the renewal of the subscription of N360 or NIS. If you're getting messages you're out of space you can optionally purge content from the account such as individual files you no longer want or backup sets you're no longer using. If your backup set has grown beyond the original storage space then buying more would be the next best course of action.
