Back up failed due to A2819 backup error
My Norton Backup has not been working properly for the last 4 to 5 days. The last successful bcak up was on 24 May and since then I have been getting A2819 errors. 0% files are being transferred. I am able to access symantec.com and norton.com on my web browser. I am using Windows XP( home edition) , Norton Internet Security and Norton Online Backup products. I have done a Full Norton Internet Security Scan, Norton Power Eraser scan, disk clean up etc and am still getting the problem. I really do not know else to do. I have encountered this problem before and it is really exasperating;and I am not even sure how the problem was resolved previously. Is it a problem at your end?
