This forum thread needs a solution.

Back up stage purchase

I purchased more backup storage after I was prompted. AFTER I made the purchase and tried to download it, a message came up that says that I now have TWO storage units and that I will have TWO separate backups (duplicates). How can I merge the two so I am not wasting storage space and money?

Welcome to the Norton Community Forums.

I am assuming that you are referring to two sets of space on the Norton Online servers.  If so this seems odd as I would have expected the space to be associated with your Norton account (not the account you use for these forums but the one that links to your Norton product).

As this appears to be an account issue then I think you need to deal driectly with Norton staff rather than the volunteers who man these forums.  Probably the best way to do that is to contact Norton via their free 24 hrs internet Chat link.
