Backup

On my laptop Windows, I deleted all 275 songs from Itunes and lost my music.  I thought I was deleting a playlist but deleted a download.

This the 1st time I looked at Norton Backup and I happily saw my songs.  But there are so many duplicates.

Do I choose the first one on the list to download?   I hit download and it opened up the song in My Music (not Itunes). Which is ok.  But then what do I do? How do I save (restore) it to My Music.  I didn't see any save options.

Do I need all those duplicates?

Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Backup

When you run a Restore of your Backup, you are offered options to restore to the original location, or choose another location. Restoring to the original location should put the files back where you had them

Re: Backup

How do I run restore?  I don't see that option. I don't know if I'm in the right Backup section.

I log into Norton which brings me to the screen View Your Protection, Cloud Back up, View Backup Sets, I chose the most recent back up, music, I chose a song.  I tried right and left clicking but it only lets me down load

Re: Backup

You run the Restore from your 360 product. Not your Norton Account.  In the My Norton interface, click the down arrow to the right of Run Backup by the Cloud Backup section. Then click on Restore Files. Follow the prompts to restore from your cloud storage.
