Backup to an external drive

I am looking to use my norton backup capability but do not want to back up to (a) Norton Secure Cloud or (b) backup to my C:/ which are the two default options. Can I configure another external drive or cloud? Thanking you

You can back up to an external drive, but the drive has to be connected and have drive letter mapped in Windows Explorer for Norton to 'see' the drive as a destination.
