Isolate.norton.com is continuously searching and not connecting to the bank site using google chrome it worked the first time I used it not the second time

Trouble reaching the bank site before trying to Log In at the bank site?
Trouble reaching the bank site while trying to Log In at the bank site? 
Trouble reaching the bank site with Norton Secure VPN On or Off?
