BBC 1 gets blocked with Secure VPN enabled

Hello, Using my Norton Secure VPN is there a way that I can watch BBC 1 while I'm here in the States?  If so, could you kindly explain to me how I can do that?  I remind you that I'm not very tech savvy./  Thank you for any help you can give me@

Hello Scorpio012. Unfortunately Norton VPN isn't the issue. BBC1 will block VPN access to their services from geographic locations outside of their for copyright and other security/legal reasons.
