Being charged?.

Recently renewed my Norton 360 Deluxe upgraded to Premium 10 devices. Reactivated on iPad all ok going through the app all seem to work ok, clicked on “identity” tab and it said install NortonLife Lock which I did the App Store came up done my touch accept and then said PAID. Not overly IT savvy have I been charged, I’ve checked my purchase section and the apple app account it shows but no cost has come through?

Re: Being charged?.

From your description, it does sound like a confirmation that the app has been paid for. If you just installed the app separately, it might have taken you to a payment page.

Re: Being charged?.

During the installation, were you prompted to sign into your Norton Account?

I cannot remember the process from when I installed the Lifelock app, but I know there was no fee involved. The Paid indication may have been passed on from your 360 app. Or it is just a default presentation from the app store to indicate that you have access to the full version of an app.

Just keep an eye on your credit/debit card statements to see if there is any charge that shows up. If it does, you can contact Norton Support to request a refund.

Re: Being charged?.

Yes had to sign into Norton to reactivate, I then let device update itself. Then there are 3 tabs Security, Identity, Privacy.

The Identity tab was not green so clicked on and it said install which I did, this then took me to my Apple App Store account. Clicked to download then had to confirm this is when it said paid. So as noted above not overly tech savvy just concerned I may have paid for something extra/else that I don’t want or as in these times can always afford.

Will be keeping check on cc statement and will take it further if/as required thanks for response
