Thanks for the added info. That is a common scam and not just for 'Norton' products. It is also used for McAfee products. And the scammers have no way of knowing if you actually use a given product. It is just a numbers game. They send out x number of emails and there is a high percentage chance the recipient will have that product. I have had emails about my McAfee subscription, but I have never had a McAfee product on any of my systems.
