Big Red X still on Norton.  I changed my address and date on Visa.  Still the big Red X.

Um, are you reporting that after you changed your "address and date on Visa" ...Visa website? ...Visa account?.......my.norton.com - payment method?.....you started seeing a "Big Red X".
