I have charged twice for one product. I have used chat. It told me that I needed to talk to a person. I have tried to find the number. No number is mentioned on the Website at all. I am in Australia. I will try a few more times. Then if not successful, I will explore legal avenues. It is not acceptable to hide phone numbers from users of your products.
