Hi, I was billed with my new credit card twice.
Dates of billing
Wed 16 March 2022 at $87.98 Aus
Friday 15 April 2022 at $99 Aus
Please refund me the April amount at $99. In March my Norton had stopped working completely and I uploaded Norton's using my new card. I can believe my new card was debted when i hadn't authorised that. I will ask the bank what they can do and whether they will refund me tomorrow, it must be a mistake.
