BILLING

I have just got my "Automatic Renewal" billing for another year.

On interrogating my "Subscription Status", I had 383 days remaining. Today, I have 747 days remaining.

Why the bill ?

Obviously, the "billing interface" isn't connected directly to the "subscription status interface".

Use an answer you like, excluding contact "Customer Services".

If you are disputing the charges, there is no other answer.  Sorry.  To know why you were billed, you would need to check with an agent who can access your account.

The last session with "Customer Services" didn't produce the required result.

Looking at the upside; at least they owe me, and not the other way around.

I'm a pensioner, and can't afford endless hours online; there's life to live out there. Better be out in the fresh air, doing something you enjoy, than chained to a computer.

My computer indicates "PROTECTED", that'll do.

One of these days when I need the refund, I'll revisit this problem.

Have you checked your credit card account to see if you were billed?
