Bleach free disk not working NU r16.0.2.28

Before "Core product(s) have been modified..." message showed up, I could see Bleach Free Space display cylinder info as it executed and see MFT info at boot. During and after a solution for that issue I no longer see that info displayed. I am not so sure it is working any longer. Any ideas?

I just finished bleaching the free space on one of my machines + an attached external HDD and it worked as normal.

My other machine is still being processed and looks like it is working normally as well.

Do you observe cylinder/sector info when executing? Do you see MFT info at boot? BTW I am on win 8.1.

Yes.  I'm not sure NU is compatible with W8.1.  I'm using W7 x64.

System requires as below.

Microsoft® Windows® XP SP3 (32-bit only)

  • CPU: Pentium® or equivalent 233 MHz (minimum) | Pentium or equivalent 300 MHz (recommended)
  • Memory: 64 MB (minimum) | 128 MB (recommended)

Microsoft Windows Vista® (32-bit and 64-bit)

  • CPU: 1 GHz
  • Memory: 1 GB

Microsoft Windows® 7 and Microsoft Windows® 8

  • CPU: 1 GHz
  • Memory: 1 GB for 32-bit | 2 GB for 64-bit

Additional Hardware Requirements

  • 100 MB of available hard disk space
  • SVGA (1024 x 768) video
  • CD-ROM or DVD drive (if not installing via electronic software download)
  • Internet connection (to activate product and receive product updates)1
