Re: Block / Allow Web pages

Hi tqDMartinez,

You need associate each Windows account (for different family members.  If the family uses one Windows account, that's fine) with profile(s) in your Norton Family online account.   You can check this by 1. Log onto your NF online account and go to child Profile page to see if your Windows account and the child’s profile is connected, you will see checkbox or 2. Go to go to the laptop -> Norton Family icon in system tray -> Edit accounts)

Please check out the Get Started Help files to see if they help.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Re: Block / Allow Web pages

I am the only person who uses this computer.  Sometimes when I try to go to a site, another one comes up rather than the

one I want.  I have pop up control on..  The same incorrect site continues to come up from time to time.  I'd like to block it

so it wouldn't come up.

Re: Block / Allow Web pages

Hi Sherman,

Please help me to understand your settings better by provide some details.

1. Are you an adult who have Norton Family installed on the PC which is used only by you, right?

2. Do you want to have Norton Family installed or not?

3. You said "Sometimes when I try to go to a site, another one comes up".  Can you please some details on this?  Are you saying you type one URL, and other URL shows up?

Thanks

Katie
