"Blocked - Weekly time limit reached"... But No Weekly Limit Was Set
In the Norton Family parent website I received the following alert for my child's account: " Blocked - Weekly time limit reached". However, I did not set a weekly time limit. I do not see a place in the Norton Family parent settings to set a weekly time limit. In addition, in a chat with Norton Family technical support, the representative acknowledged that there is no place to set a weekly time limit.
Not surprisingly, my child's computer is not blocked, which is correct since there is no weekly time limit.
Can I safely ignore this alert? Perhaps it's a 'placeholder' for a planned future feature of Norton Family?
