Blue screen on any user actions related to Norton Security

Blue screen pops up every time when I invoke (manually) anything related to Norton Security (incl. Norton Security, Live Update, and even Uninstall), my laptop is Sony VAIO (6-yr-old), the phenomenon happens both before and after I re-installed Windows 7 (with all Windows updates applied) into this laptop.

Can anyone advise whether I have to re-install the OS again to get rid of this issue?

Thanks.

You can view the BSOD dumps using Nirsoft's Bluescreen View from here.  http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html (link is external) Then you can post screenshots here for help in diagnosing them. Instructions to post screenshots can be found here

Re: Blue screen on any user actions related to Norton Security

Screenshots uploaded (also a zipped version attached just in case).

It is even more mysterious to me now as the blue screen did not pop up ONCE (but only once) after Norton's technician helped fixing it yesterday (it is said that the KB2670838 Win Update is the root cause and is removed by the technician), however the blue screen resurrects soon after this 'fix', it occurs equally consistent as before.

Any clue? Thanks.

Re: Blue screen on any user actions related to Norton Security

Your images show no Norton files listed in the screen dump.

Your BSOD dumps show error code 0x00000050.  Microsoft has a hotfix for this issue.   https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2719594/-0x00000050-stop-error-...

Let us know if this helps.
