Ive been having problems connecting Blue Tooth controllers and Headsets to my Windows 10 PC,  Can Norton be blocking the Bluetooth functionality?

I dunno -I am getting a "Athentication error" on my new Bose Bluetooth speaker.  -No rhyme nor reason and I have been in Windows IT since V.3.01 -1994.  A LONG time.
