Bluetooth File Scanning

Is it possible to have a feature to scan files that are transfered through Bluetooth. If an infected file is transfered there is a risk in recepient system get infected. Something like customer get a message stating, "It is safe to transfer the file to the system". Or after transfering the file is it possible to scan the file in a temperory location before saving on the system.
