Blue/white screen when scanning
I've just signed up to this forum and so hope that I am in the correct thread for this topic.
When my computer is on - and particularly after doing a Norton scan or background task - the screen just goes white or blue and none of the keys work; I have to turn off the PC and let it start up again. Then, when it reappears the Norton icon won't work or disappears completely until I do a restart. Frustrating and time consuming. I've looked at different solutions (e.g. error checking) but it continues to happen most days. Can anyone suggest a permanent solution?
