If you feel you have been infected with this, and a full Norton scan has not been able to fix it, you should contact Norton Support and as for the Virus Protection Plan. They will remote into your system and should be able to remove the infection for you.

i ran full system scan & NPE & nbrt and after restart the system norton seurity software detects Boot.Malmo in the boot sector

i will left my system running to the support to clean this virus

Hi,

did you have success with the virus removal support?

And befre that did you created the NBRT media on a clean system, or on the one you are having the problem with?

It is always advised to create the NBRT media on a fully clean system.

Please let us know the results.
