Bug in IMCE? Can't Upload Images with Underscore ("_") in File Name

I don't know if this is a bug in the IMCE, but I tried to upload an image today named "Firefox v109_0_0 New Extensions Icon in Toolbar 17 Jan 2023.png" and got the following AJAX error message, which mentioned forbidden text:

I renamed the file "Firefox v109 New Extensions Icon in Toolbar 17 Jan 2023.png (i.e., without any underscores in the file name) and was able to upload and insert the image in my reply in ALF60's 17-Jan-2023 thread Firefox 109: Manifest V3 support, security fixes and improvements in the Norton Tech Outpost board.

EDIT:

Now I can't insert a link in this reply to my post in ALF60's thread.  Is this because the title of ALF60's thread includes a colon (":")?  The WYSIWYG editor seems to be having a problem with punctuation symbols today.
