Bypass via Split Windows / Pop-Up Windows

Device: Samsung Galaxy Tab A SM-T510
Norton Family App Version: 5.7.1.4
My Kids found a way to bypass the time supervision on their Galaxy Tab A.  When time is up and Norton boots them off, they press the Recent button and open the app in Multi Window, then they are able to gain access to any app that was open. Kindly advice whether there is any solution?
