There is a call blocking feature in Norton Mobile Security. It only works locally on on your device. There is no connection to any database that you may be reporting scam numbers to.
Does it only block numbers you add to it? Can it block whole country prefixes? I find a lot of wangiri style calls originate from countries such as Estonia, Latvia and Morocco.
It only blocks numbers you add. You would have to check around to see if any apps are available that would do what you are looking for.
And it would be harder to detect than you might think. Scammers mask or spoof their phone numbers all the time. On my home phone, I see a lot of calls from numbers in my area code and exchange all the time. They try to make it look like you are getting a call from a local number.
