Can’t install Norton Secure VPN on TiVo Stream 4K

Hi,

I would like to install Norton Secure VPN on my TiVo Stream 4K device.  I do have a purchased license for it.  When I try to download it from the Google Play Store, it says that “This item is not compatible with your device”.  Is there any reason why this is happening?  It is powered by Android TV so I’m not sure why it isn’t compatible.  

Any way to get it to work?

Although powered by Android, it is a proprietary version of the Android OS. Changes made to the core OS often make these devices not compatible with Android apps, including Norton.
