Can’t see/udpate the house rules on the web site.

If I enter in my account on the web site and go to the house rules I see that norton family is turned off
( I didn’t do that). 

And I’ve got an error: Error retrieving policy settings.
If I switch on norton family I've got an error: Unable update child policy .

How I can switch on the Norton tracking back ?
(I use Norton Family Premier)

The Norton Family service is currently down and you may encounter difficulties in signing in to the Norton Family portal or product.

We appreciate your patience and I will update this thread when the service is up and running.

You can also check https://status.norton.com to find if the service is up and running.

Hi @tabithaklotz,

Could you please provide more details to help you further,

1) Are activities not reported in Norton Family portal ? (family.norton.com)

2) Is the monthly/weekly report not received?

Also, could you please check if device(s) are monitoring correctly by visiting some blocked websites on a child's device.
