Can 2 People Share Same Password Vault?

Can my wife and I (each of us has a separate email account, and operates a separate device) share the same Password Manager Vault?

I see Norton allows a second family member to have their own, SEPARATE password vault…but can we both share access to the same vault (so we don’t need to have a duplicate vault with 100 passwords we both use, and if one of us updates a password we both use, then we don’t have to make that new update in two separate vaults?)

Norton Password Manager does not share/sync A to B vaults.

Norton account setup is free.
Norton vault setup is free.  
You may create one cloud vault for each Norton account.

You may setup more than one Norton account.
You may setup more than one Norton cloud vault
Note: one vault per each Norton account. 

You may want LastPass or other.  
LastPass Free has: one to one sharing
LastPass Premium has: one to many sharing
Securely share all of your passwords and saved items with trusted family member or friend.
