Can I manually enter a username and password in password manager?

There is a site where my husband and I both have accounts. Password manager will save the info for one of us, but not both. I have entered both values in the log-in area for the site; I have changed one of the passwords in the site log-in; still Password Manager won't save it. Is there a way to go into the vault and enter a record so there will be a separate log-in for each of us?

I have other sites where we have separate log-ins with no problems, just this one site. In addition, the site in question here is linked/related to several other sites that share the username and password, and Norton has saved both of our log-ins for the related sites, just not this one.

@carolsm

It sounds like you and your husband are using the same Password Manager to store both of your log-ins.  It appears to me each of you should have your own Password Manager and in order to do that you each need your own Norton Account.

Please see the following link (especially the Create Your Norton Account) for guidance:

If you have any questions regarding what I am suggesting, please let us know.

For various reasons, I want both of us on the same account.

Is what I originally asked to do (manually entering a username/password) possible?

Understand - you can create a new log-in manually by opening the Password Manager and selecting the + (Plus sign) and then New Log-in.  Is this what you are looking for?

Well duh... I don't know how many times I have been there and haven't identified that as the solution!

Thanks!
