Hope you are using Windows/mac Laptop and installed Norton Password Manager extension on one of the below supported browsers? (Chrome/Edge/Firefox).

From desktop, we currently don't support unlocking the Vault using Fingerprint scan. But as an alternative, you can try Mobile Unlock feature which can used by desktop extension users to unlock their vault using Norton Password Manager Mobile App.

From Mobile side, we do support unlocking the vault using Fingerprint/FaceID option.
