can not add family member in Lifelock family plan

I purchased Norton Family plus and can not add any family member!!  Very frustrating and waiting on customer service call for hours!!

(can not believe that LIFELOCK is not even listed under Norton Product / Service!!)

Norton / Norton Security / Norton 360 / NortonLifeLock / LifeLock by Norton product naming confuses me.

Norton 360 with LifeLock plans - Identity Theft Protection features is per person, per membership. 
Norton 360 program protections is available to any person/s you choose up to the number of plan devices. 

Norton 360 - 10 devices mean up to 10 devices, any person/s. 

LifeLock Identity Theft Protection features is per per person, per membership.  

Add a new member to your LifeLock plan

If you have a subscription with LifeLock, you can add or enroll a member to your plan at any time by signing in to your account. In rare cases, certain types of memberships cannot support adding members this way and require you to call Member Services & Support.

  • Add an additional member to your plan
  • Enroll a member whose subscription is already included in your plan

Please note that each adult family member must activate credit services with their own email address.
