can not download norton 360 from Mac Air

Newly join Norton, got my product key through Norton email.

Clicked on download after log in, website asks for product key, entered the product key but then nothing happens.

Need help to instal Norton on Mac.

Not great experience so far.

If you haven't activated your product key yet then you need to do that first: https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/v71537110 . If it is activated try these steps: https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/v100803770 . No Product key is required, just sign in with your Norton Account. Good Luck!
