Can someone help with the vault?

I set up my Identity Safe Cards and Logins in the Vault and everything seemed to work fine.  When I launched Firefox it would open my home page automatically, the vault was closed, I would click on it to open and it would open (saying vault is open).  I could then click on the websites I wanted to open and it would automatically fill in the user name and password that I had saved, and open the webpage. Any website which I had saved in the vault, it would open automatically without having to enter anything,  just click on it in the vault.  Now it doesn't work correctly.  When I launch Firefox it goes to my homepage (Gmail) but doesn't open it automatically, I have to enter name and password.  Also when I click on the vault to open it, it open a window with my logins but the vault remains closed (it never says vault is open).  In addition when I click on one of the pages (websites) I saved ti always wants me to re-enter my name and passwords again even though they are already saved in the vault.  The only thing I did was to upgrade Firefox. Any help is appreciated.

Re: Can someone help with the vault?

Please see Firefox 35 Support for Norton Toolbar Announcement here Permalink
Yes, the Toolbar and ID Safe are compatible with FF35 and it's children eg: FF35.x.x
Recommended protocol is to have Norton compatibility patch installed and settled in before manually updating Firefox.
Toolbar version number as posted to the Announcement indicates patch is installed and settled.
Recommended setting for Firefox updates is "Check for updates, but let me choose whether to install them"
Menu Bar > Tools > Options > Advanced > Check for updates
You may subscribe to Product Update Announcements here to be notified of product updates.   Click Options > Subscribe
Some sort with run Norton LU till no more updates restart as required.  Then repeat.
Some sort bringing Toolbar up to date by running the NRnR Tool Read > Before you begin.
Some sort with over-install of Firefox
Some have to uninstall Norton and Firefox.  Then Install and fully update / patch Norton then Install Firefox.

Re: Can someone help with the vault?

bjm - thank you for your quick reply.  All is well and problem was solved by turning off computer and re-booting. I tried re-booting several times by just re-starting but it needed a hard re-boot by removing power.  Again thanks for your reply!
