Cancel and Credit

Norton took out my 2023 subscription ($39.99 23rd November) and I've been trying to get a refund since. I find it so frustrating as the "Chat Line" is a computer that can't do credits. Links for phone numbers in Australia don't work. No other way to contact Norton. I don't need this program. I don't want this program. How hard is this? Please refund. This is also why I now have my Internet Security with Bitdefender. So far it have proved to be very good and very good price for new clients. Why not give it a go. I did.
