I did not authorize the $449.98 payment. I am 79 yrs old, and need all my income for other things. This is too expensive for me.

Hello Melinda. Contact support as they are the people who would handle refunds.
Edited: That payment amount almost certainly looks to be a scam, not a price Norton is currently asking for.
