Canceled service But will still be charged for less than one day service!

Not realizing that Anti Track was not included in my subscription, I added it to my computer. Upon finding that I was charged and with an annual auto renewal, I cancelled and for less than 12 hours of " SERVICE" will be charged for one year. What a scam!!

Norton Community does not have access to your Norton account, subscription/s nor payment information. 
Please Contact Norton Support regarding refund.

Please see your Norton account to manage licenses / subscriptions.

Please check your Norton account to confirm ... Automatic Renewal Off ... and no billing information. 
MY SUBSCRIPTIONS reports:  Activate Subscription Renewal ... with Automatic Renewal Off.  

BILLING INFORMATION reports:  There is no billing profile saved in your account ... with no billing information.
