Cancellation of Norton Services - Warning!!!

Norton's recent action on my account was parallel to stealing and cheating!!!

My 2023 subscription was valid until 03 Nov 2023 and yet on 30 Sep 2023 evening I received a bank statement and an email from Norton indicated that my Visa account was charged $109.99 for 2024 renewal from 03 Nov 2023 to 04 November 2023.  No warning whatsoever!  Attempted to contact Norton via Chat, telephone and email last 2 days were unsuccessful.  Most resulted in a loop or circular reference with nowhere else to turn to (you could try to see it for yourself).  As the chance for getting a refund is down to zero I have cancelled my subscription with Norton and will NEVER again subject to Norton for anything.  I have removed my billing account and anything that tied to that.  I will remove my account with Norton next if that is possible.

The 'steal and cheat' has to do with Norton already obtained the money a whole month BEFORE the service starts without my consent.  They practically use my money freely for the entire month of October 2023.  That action is cheating in my book!!!  BTW the $109.99 charge is much more than what I subscribed for the same service for 2023.
