cancelled subscription and refund

Yesterday i paid for a subscription of norton 360 deluxe. the payment was approved and norton was paid the cost. a few minutes later i got a email message that order ... has been cancelled. i don't know why it was cancelled after payment was made. no refund and it is impossible to in contact with anyone. if this is done by norton to 100 people a day they must be making millions without paying back anyone. please help to solve this problem

Have you checked with your bank/credit card company to see if the payment did go through? If it did, you do need to contact Norton Support to get things straightened out.   If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.
