I can't access my vault in Identify Safe application of my I-phone. I am experiencing the same after updating to the latest version.
Have you checked that you can access the vault at the ID Safe web site? https://identitysafe.norton.com/
From the main ID Safe screen, scroll to the bottom and tap Sign Out beside your email address. Reboot your phone and try to sign in again. Remember you will first have to enter your email and password for your Norton Account, and then the Vault password.
