Cannot cancel subscription

Hello all,
Last year I had a Norton subscription for EUR 49. This month Norton sent me a mail that they prolonged my subscription for which they tried to charge me EUR 84.99. Fortunately, I had blokked my bank acount for all automatic Norton collections. I didn't trust them. How right I was!
Serveral times I tried to cancel my subscription. The only way I found to do that was through the chat in MyNorton. Until now this was not successful. They constantly try to change my mind and pose evasive questions. So now I still have an active subscription for which I have not payed. How do I solve this?
