Cannot install Norton Family on Android 10 Go due to “Display over other apps” permission being disabled

When installing Norton Family on my child’s new Samsung A03 Core, which runs the latest “lite” mobile operating system called Android 10 Go, I discovered to my dismay that in that OS, the Permission named Display over other apps has been deactivated by the community that wrote this light-weight OS, in favour of speeding up performance. This is quite ridiculous as that feature is abailable in v9 of the OS. 
I want to ask Norton to please apply pressure on the Android community to re-enable that Permission, as Norton cannot function without it in order to pop up and block access.

Please have a look at System Requirements link for information on supported platforms.
