Cannot login with the message "Sorry, An error has occurred on the server ..."

Hello,

I am experiencing the same problem as reported in the thread

Yesterday, when trying to sign in to my Norton Family account, I got the error message "Sorry, An error has occurred on the server. Please, try your request again later. An error has occurred with our service, your data is safe, but for your protection and to prevent any possible loss of data your request was halted. The error has been logged and reported and we will look into it shortly." I repeated the attempt to sign in at least 3 times.

Now, in about 9 hours, I am still getting this error message when trying to sign in from another computer.

As the Support says that "Our team has updated Norton Family Web portal and corrected the issue" for the same previously reported issue, I am opening the new thread for my problem.

How this problem can be corrected?

The login error has been resolved.  Thank you for this.  I have another problem though,  I have been trying to add a windows vista machine into my account but I get this message that the Norton family server is temporary unavailable.  Please try again later.  

Lastly, Is there a way to extend my evaluation of Norton Family service since I was not able to log in to my account for a number of days?

I have encountered the same problem - server error and similar message as in topic. Also, seems like Norton Family protection is not working.

I am having this exact same problem. On top of that if I use the app to try and unblock something, it acts like it works, but the app is still blocked. Help!

Same here, can't log in to the server, and can't do an Edit Accounts from the Norton Family software either (Windows 7 64 bit).

I got the same error message, how can I fix that? I am unable to access Norton Family in any of of my devices:
- Computer - Windows 7 (Chrone and Firefox);
- Android cellphone;
- Android tablet;
Neither works, via browser or via android app.

Please resolve it as soon as possible ! the school start in 3 days for my children !!!

We have corrected the login error.  Can you please check again to see if you are still experiencing the issue you described above?

it does look much better. I do get occasionally that error page.

Other question I have. How are you going to reward the patience of all your customers? I had some stressing time with the kids in the past weeks. I mean, we pay for this service, we expect this service to work every day. Of course issues occur, but for several days?
