Cannot Now Open Identity Safe From Within the Norton UI?
I have a problem whereby I cannot now open my vault directly from the Norton UI. I am using Norton Security on W10 Home. Every time I click on it a message appears saying 'Upgrade your Identity Safe extension' but clicking the button does nothing. I can see my log in box underneath but can't access it. I am on Norton V.18.104.22.168
I have already posted on the 'Norton Toolbar/Norton ID Safe Forum as my toolbar is totally screwed, but I feel this is a slightly different issue as it directly impacts on the Norton product. There is no way I can access the vault at all. I am using the cloud version.
