Cannot open Cloud Vault

When I click on  ACCESS VAULT I get a message "System Restart Needed". I've restarted my system 4 times and still get the same message. So all my passwords are inaccessible to me and I cannot remember them....but that is what the Cloud Vault is for isn't it? So you don't have to remember them.

Hi AYJAR, 

All your logins are in the vault and you can access it via https://identitysafe.norton.com/ 

 

Though, you might want to try another browser or reinstalling the product.

Thanks for reply, but link didn't work. I've resolved the issue by running NPE & all's well now.
