Hello Robert, welcome to the forums. Open your Norton UI, go to the top right corner and find "Help", click it. In the next windows look to the right and find "Get Support", click it. An automated tool will run and check your Norton install for issues and correct them if found. A possible reboot MAY be required when done. Recheck your issue when done and let us know if things were corrected.
I have used the support icon and no issues were found. rebooted and still cannot turn on or open the VPN window. I now have this problem on 2 windows 10 pc's.
Any other ideas?
I am assuming you are trying to use the VPN feature of Norton 360. There were many users reporting not being able to start the feature. Many have had the feature start working after a LiveUpdate from Norton.
Personally I have never been able to get the feature to work on my test system. I'm waiting for a support session to gather logs.
I have the same problem on my desktop. I run live update and still cannot activate the VPN feature. I hope there is a patch coming to solve this issue. When you sell me on security I should feel I have some. Well.
